You'll own our content across all channels, from LinkedIn and video to the website and product launches. Most of it will be in German, and you'll work directly with the founders.\nWhat you'll do\nMake short videos: explainers, customer stories and a look at how we work.\n\nRun our company LinkedIn and help the founders post on their own profiles.\n\nWrite our newsletter and grow its readership.\n\nPlan and create the content for product launches and new features, together with Product.\n\nTalk to Sales and Customer Success to find topics, and turn customer conversations into content.\n\nCome up with formats you can repeat, and post regularly.\n\nLook at the numbers to see what works, and change course when something doesn't.\n\nWhat you bring\nNative-level German, written and spoken. You'll write most of our content in German. Fluent English on top.\n\n1-3 years of experience in content, social media or marketing.\n\nYou've built an audience or grown an account before. It doesn't have to be a huge one.\n\nHigh agency: you see what needs doing and get it done without being asked.\n\nYou write well and know what good content looks like.\n\nYou can film and edit a video yourself and are fine being on camera.\n\nYou know LinkedIn and short-form video well.\n\nYou use AI tools in your daily work.\n\nYou don't have to tick every box.
