deployments across multiple orgs.\nAutomate testing, validation, and code quality checks within deployment pipelines.\nSupport development teams by troubleshooting deployment and environment-related issues.\nImplement DevOps best practices to improve deployment reliability, speed, and governance.\nMonitor release activities and ensure successful delivery of changes across environments.\nCollaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders within Agile delivery frameworks.\nRequirements\n4+ years of DevOps experience, including hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience.\nStrong experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Salesforce CLI, and metadata deployments.\nExperience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, or similar platforms.\nStrong Git expertise, including GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.\nKnowledge of release management, branching strategies, and deployment automation best practices.\nExperience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and Scaled Agile frameworks.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nMust be based in Jordan, Egypt, or India.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Administrator, or DevOps-related certifications.\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce programs with multiple development teams.\nFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks and code quality tools.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern DevOps
