You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent, accessible, and engaging user experience while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.\nRequirements\nLead UX research activities, user journey mapping, information architecture, and wireframing for new pages, services, and digital features.\nDesign high-fidelity user interfaces for desktop and mobile platforms in both Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR).\nCreate, maintain, and evolve a comprehensive design system including components, typography, color palettes, spacing, grids, states, and reusable patterns.\nDevelop interactive prototypes and facilitate design workshops, stakeholder reviews, and feedback sessions.\nEnsure designs comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and align with corporate branding guidelines.\nCollaborate closely with development teams by providing detailed specifications, assets, and design documentation.\nConduct design QA reviews to ensure implementation accuracy and consistency.\nLeverage analytics, usability data, and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous UX improvement.\nDocument design standards, decisions, and best practices for long-term maintainability and knowledge transfer.\nRequirements\n5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for websites and mobile applications.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery of user-centered digital products and corporate websites.\nExpert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, design systems, and interactive prototyping.\nProven experience designing bilingual Arabic and English interfaces, including RTL layouts and Arabic typography best practices.\nStrong understanding of UX research methodologies, usability testing, user flows, and information architecture.\nExperience creating responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.\nUnderstanding of frontend implementation constraints, including HTML/CSS fundamentals and responsive design principles.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAt least one successfully delivered project for a client based in Saudi Arabia.\nProfessional proficiency in both Arabic and English.\nNice to Have\nExperience designing corporate, enterprise, or government websites for organizations in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.\nFamiliarity with Saudi Digital Government Authority (DGA) digital experience and design guidelines.\nExperience in motion design, micro-interactions, and UI animation principles.\nKnowledge of accessibility auditing and inclusive design best practices.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum product development
