Strategic Finance Lead

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with long-term business objectives.

- Manage financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Lead projects for continuous improvement in financial and operational processes.

- Work closely with executive management to provide critical financial analysis and insights for strategic decision-making.

- Prepare reports and general materials for investors.

- Monitor market trends and best financial practices to maintain the company’s competitiveness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business, or Economics. Master’s degree is a plus.

- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Consulting.

- Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.

- Proven ability to drive financial results.

- Strong analytical & modeling skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; VBA skills preferred.

- Fluent in English; able to conduct business conversations.
