We welcome new members to grow with our team!\nWe are seeking the following position:\nBakery Supervisor.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupervise daily bakery department operations and employees.\n\nTrain, coach, mentor, and support bakery team members.\n\nPrepare employee schedules and monitor attendance.\n\nEnsure product freshness, quality, presentation, and availability.\n\nManage ordering, inventory, product rotation, waste, and shrink.\n\nReceive and verify bakery products, ingredients, packaging, and supplies.\n\nSupport promotions, sales goals, and customer service.\n\nMaintain accurate pricing, labels, and product information.\n\nKeep bakery, freezer, cooler, and storage areas clean and organized.\n\nFollow food-safety standards and company procedures.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nAt least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.\n\n2+ years of bakery, grocery, food-service, or related retail experience.\n\n1+ year of lead or supervisory experience.\n\nAvailable to work weekends and holidays.\n\nAble to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 lbs.\n\nAble to work in freezer, cooler, and varying-temperature environments.\n\nAble to travel to nearby stores occasionally for training or operational support.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with ordering or inventory systems.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, or retail systems.\n\nFood-safety training/certification.\n\nBilingual English and Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish preferred but not required.\n\nWork Location:\n475 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02171\nBenefits:\nMedical, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance.\n401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with up to 4% Company Match.\nLong-Term Service Award.\nPaid Time Off.\nEmployee Discount.\nPosition: Full Time.\nShift Information:\nApproximately 40 hours per week\nWeekend and holiday availability required\nOvertime may be required based on business needs\nBeware of Job Scams:\nWe prioritize applicant safety at Walong Marketing, Inc.
