We welcome new members to grow alongside with the family.\nWalk in application accepted!\nLocation: Store #301\n26519 Aliso Creek Road,\nAliso Viejo, CA 92656\nSummary:\nWe are seeking 2 experienced Full-Time and 2 Part-Time Beverage Clerks to support daily beverage operations at Store #301. Prior hands-on beverage preparation experience is required. Employees will prepare beverages, support customer service, maintain sanitation, and assist with opening, closing, and daily operations. Training on company recipes and SOPs will be provided.\nResponsibilities:\nBeverage Preparation: Prepare and assemble beverages according to company recipes, SOPs, and portion standards.\n\nIngredient Preparation: Prepare, portion, organize, and replenish beverage ingredients and supplies for daily operations.\n\nCustomer Service: Greet customers, take orders, answer basic product questions, and provide friendly and efficient service.\n\nQuality & Portion Control: Follow established recipes and preparation procedures to maintain consistent product quality, taste, and portion sizes.\n\nProduct Replenishment: Monitor and replenish ingredients, packaging materials, and other supplies throughout the shift.\n\nFood Safety & Sanitation: Follow all applicable food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.\n\nCleaning: Maintain clean and sanitary beverage preparation areas, equipment, utensils, counters, and other assigned work areas.\n\nInventory & Waste Control: Follow proper storage and FIFO requirements and minimize product and ingredient waste.\n\nTeam Support: Work closely with team members and supervisors to support daily operations and customer service needs.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience: Prior hands-on experience in beverage preparation is required. Experience in bubble tea shops, coffee shops, or similar beverage operations is highly preferred.\n\nLearning Ability: Willing and eager to learn beverage recipes, preparation procedures, equipment, and service standards.\n\nCustomer Service: Friendly, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers.\n\nWork Ethic: Hard-working, dependable, and able to follow instructions and established procedures.\n\nPace & Adaptability: Able to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.\n\nAttention to Detail: Able to follow recipes, portion standards, and preparation procedures accurately.\n\nTeamwork & Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively with supervisors and other team members.\n\nFood Safety: Must obtain and maintain any required food handling certification in accordance with company requirements.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThis job requires the ability to perform the following essential functions:\n\nMust be able to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.\n\nWorking Conditions:\nThis job is performed in a beverage/food service environment that may involve exposure to heat, noise, and other environmental factors associated with beverage preparation and daily operations.\n\nPosition Details\nEmployment Type / Hiring Needs: Full-Time - 2 positions (immediate hiring need);
