We welcome new members to grow alongside with the family.\nSummary:\nAs a Construction Coordinator, you will support and coordinate construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects across company locations. This position works closely with internal departments, contractors, vendors, property management, and other external partners to help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to schedule.\nThe Construction Coordinator will assist with project scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, purchase orders, invoices, permits, project tracking, and construction-related administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with vendors and contractors, maintaining project records, following up on project progress, and coordinating between different stakeholders to ensure construction and renovation projects move forward smoothly and on time.\nResponsibilities:\nSupports new store construction, remodels, renovations, and facility improvement projects from planning through completion.\n\nCoordinates with contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, landlords, store operations, and internal departments on project requirements and timelines.\n\nTracks construction schedules, project milestones, inspections, punch-list items, and project closeout.\n\nMaintains project documentation, including contracts, proposals, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, permits, drawings, warranties, and insurance records.\n\nAssists with contractor/vendor bidding, proposal comparisons, and scope-of-work coordination.\n\nTracks project costs, invoices, purchase orders, and change orders and follows up on discrepancies.\n\nCoordinates construction-related permits, inspections, utilities, equipment, fixtures, signage, refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work as needed.\n\nMaintains project trackers and provides updates on project progress, budgets, outstanding issues, and deadlines.\n\nSupports communication and issue resolution between contractors, vendors, stores, and internal teams.\n\nProvides general administrative and project coordination support and performs other related duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications:\nA Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus\n\nProficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.\n\nExceptional organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
