The Payroll Administrator will also support attendance\ntracking, leave management, and provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.\nResponsibilities:\nMaintain an organized filing system for personnel and payroll records.\nReview timesheets and personnel information for completeness and accuracy; flag\ndiscrepancies for review.\nAssist with payroll preparation and distribution of paychecks and earnings statements.\nTrack employee leave balances, including FMLA, personal leave, and other absences.\nVerify attendance and hours worked using the company’s timekeeping system.\nCollaborate with management to support payroll accuracy and compliance.\nWork overtime as needed to meet payroll deadlines.\nPerform other duties as assigned by management.\nQualifications:\nAssociate degree required; a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or\na related field is preferred.\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee records and payroll data.\nBilingual in English/Mandarin is strongly preferred.\n1-3 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-location or retail environment.\nExperience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms).\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.\nHighly organized with strong attention to detail, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks.\nAuthorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer\nThis job may require standing or walking for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50pounds, and performing repetitive motions.\nPosition Details:\nEmployment Type: Full Time\nLocation: 2931 Faber St., Union City, CA 94587\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.\n401 (k) Retirement Saving Plan with 4% Company Match.\nLong-Term Services Award.\nEmployee Discount.\nPaid Time Off.\nCompensation:\nThe pay range for this job starts at $22 - $23 per hour.
