You will work across hybrid Active Directory environments, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, and AWS, contributing to the organization's identity, security, and governance initiatives.\nThe role combines cloud engineering, identity management, and security operations, with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity, and IAM best practices.\nResponsibilities\nAdminister and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, including:Users\nGroups\nEnterprise Applications\nApplication Registrations\n\nDefine and manage:Conditional Access policies\nMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA)\nIdentity security controls\n\nManage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across:Azure subscriptions\nResource groups\nApplications\n\nAdminister privileged access and identity governance processes, including:Access reviews\nPrivileged Identity Management (PIM)\n\nManage hybrid identity environments and synchronization between:Active Directory\nMicrosoft Entra ID\n\nAdminister and support:Exchange Online\nHybrid Exchange environments\n\nManage:Mailboxes\nMail flow\nExchange policies\nMessaging troubleshooting\n\nSupport security and compliance initiatives across cloud and identity platforms\nProvision and manage user accounts, permissions, and access in AWS environments\nContribute to the implementation and operation of IAM and governance best practices\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Identity Management, or similar roles\nStrong experience with:Microsoft Entra ID\nActive Directory\nExchange Online\n\nHands-on experience with:Conditional Access\nMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA)\nPrivileged Identity Management (PIM)\nRole-Based Access Control (RBAC)\n\nExperience managing hybrid identity environments\nExperience with:AWS Identity and Access Management\nAWS account and permissions management\n\nKnowledge of:Identity and Access Management (IAM)\nSecurity best practices\nCompliance controls\n\nExperience with:Microsoft Defender\nMicrosoft Purview\n\nFamiliarity with Power BI governance concepts, including:Workspace management\nAccess governance\n\nProven experience implementing and configuring identity and access management solutions\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills\nAbility to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nFluency in English\nNice-to-have\nExperience in multi-cloud environments spanning:Microsoft Azure\nAWS\n\nExperience with governance and compliance frameworks\nKnowledge of cloud security monitoring and operational security processes\nMicrosoft certifications related to:Identity\nSecurity\nAzure Administration\n\nExperience working in enterprise-scale hybrid environments\nCertifications (Valued)\nSC-300: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate\nAZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate\nSC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals\nAWS Certified Security -
