architecture, cloud-native engineering, and AI expertise, with a strong focus on distributed systems, modern architectural patterns, and Generative AI technologies.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign cloud-native application architectures based on:Microservices\nEvent-driven architectures\nAPI-first principles\n\nDefine technical standards for:APIs and integrations\nData models\nAsynchronous communication\nObservability\n\nDesign and govern event-driven systems using:Domain Events\nCQRS\nSaga patterns\nEvent choreography and orchestration\n\nDefine application-level multi-tenant architectures and tenant isolation strategies\nLead the architecture of AI-powered and agentic solutions, including:LLM integration\nRAG pipelines\nAgent orchestration\nVector databases\nHuman-in-the-loop workflows\n\nEvaluate and adopt AI frameworks, tools, and engineering best practices\nTranslate business and product requirements into scalable architectural solutions\nLead architecture reviews, technical RFCs, and design decision processes\nProvide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle\nFacilitate workshops and architecture design sessions, including:Domain-Driven Design (DDD)\nEvent Storming\nArchitecture reviews\n\nMentor and coach engineering teams on cloud-native and architectural best practices\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in Software Architecture roles\n3+ years of experience designing cloud-native SaaS products\nExperience in enterprise applications such as:ERP\nPayroll\nHR platforms\nOther complex B2B systems\n\nStrong knowledge of architectural patterns:Domain-Driven Design (DDD)\nCQRS\nEvent Sourcing\nHexagonal Architecture\nEvent-Driven Architecture\n\nStrong experience designing APIs using:REST\nGraphQL\ngRPC\n\nExperience integrating AI capabilities into production systems:Large Language Models (LLMs)\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\nVector databases\nPrompt engineering\nAI services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent\n\nDeep understanding of agentic software architectures:Agent orchestration frameworks\nTool use\nHuman-in-the-loop patterns\nEvaluation pipelines\n\nStrong backend development knowledge in at least one of the following:C#\nPython\nGo\nJava/Kotlin\nTypeScript\n\nExperience designing multi-tenant applications and tenant-aware APIs\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development workflows and modern engineering practices\nProven ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences\nFluency in English\nNice-to-have\nExperience with:Azure OpenAI\nAzure AI Search\nAWS Bedrock\nOther enterprise AI platforms\n\nExperience building AI-native or agentic
