You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment and operational support.\nThe role combines network security, cloud connectivity, and architecture expertise, with a strong focus on Zscaler technologies and Zero Trust transformation programs.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain Zscaler solutions, including:\nZscaler Internet Access (ZIA)\nZscaler Private Access (ZPA)\nZscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)\nZscaler Client Connector (ZCC)\n\nDesign and implement Zscaler Branch Connect solutions for secure branch connectivity, including:\nCloud Branch\nHub-and-Spoke architectures\nBreakout configurations\nSD-WAN integrations\n\nLead migrations from legacy network and security infrastructures, including:\nFirewalls\nProxies\nMPLS networks\nTraditional perimeter-based architectures\n\nSupport M&A, carve-out, and integration scenarios by establishing secure connectivity between separate enterprise environments\n\nProvide technical consulting and architectural guidance for:\nZero Trust initiatives\nSASE transformation programs\n\nConduct:\nTechnical workshops\nProofs of Concept (PoCs)\nCustomer training sessions\n\nProduce and maintain technical documentation, including:\nHigh-Level Designs (HLD)\nLow-Level Designs (LLD)\nOperating procedures\nHandover documentation\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Zscaler environments, including escalation management with Zscaler Support\n\nCollaborate with customers, project teams, and technology partners to ensure successful project delivery\n\nRequirements\nSeveral years of proven experience implementing and operating:\nZscaler Internet Access (ZIA)\nZscaler Private Access (ZPA)\n\nStrong expertise in:\nZscaler Branch Connect\nCloud Branch\nForwarding Profiles\nLocation Management\nSD-WAN integrations\n\nSolid understanding of:\nZero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)\nSASE architectures\nModern network security concepts\n\nExperience with networking technologies and protocols, including:\nBGP\nOSPF\nIPSec\nGRE\nDNS\nHTTP/S Inspection\nSplit Tunneling\n\nExperience integrating Zscaler with cloud environments such as:\nMicrosoft Azure\nAWS\nGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)\n\nExperience integrating identity providers, including:\nMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)\nOkta\nSAML 2.0\nSCIM\n\nExperience working in customer-facing consulting environments\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced project environments\n\nFluency in English (B2+ or higher)\n\nNice-to-have\nExperience with SD-WAN technologies such as:\nCisco Viptela\nVMware SD-WAN\nSilver Peak\n\nExperience
