POSITION INFO: A Project Manager oversees project planning, execution, scheduling, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope. Planning & Execution Develop project scope, plans, timelines, critical path & milestones. Build and maintain schedules and documentation. Assign tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams. Host regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Monitor progress, adjust plans, and resolve issues. Manage changes to project scope. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Manage vendor and supplier coordination when needed. Ensure projects meet deadlines. Conduct post‑project evaluations to improve future performance. Communication & Stakeholder Management Provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
