Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of U.S payroll administration experience, 2+ years of international payroll administration experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.\nResponsibilities\nPayroll Processing & Administration\nTrain, coach, evaluate and provide daily guidance to payroll staff processing semi-monthly and monthly global payrolls \nEnsure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions \nAudit payroll data and reconcile discrepancies\nLead registration and set up of payroll services in new jurisdictions\nReview and approve regular and off-cycle payrolls and adjustments \nMaintain and prepare entries, interfaces, reports and reconcilements for the general ledger and org hierarchy structure\nCompliance & Reporting\nEnsure compliance with all applicable withholding, revenue and tax regulations \nLead global payroll tax vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and accuracy\nEnsure completion of payroll tax filing (W-2, 941, P11-D etc.)\nLead global payroll SOX audit processes: maintain control definitions, audit responses, control testing \nSystems & Process Improvement\nMaintain and configure Ceridian Dayforce payroll system \nTroubleshoot payroll system issues\nDrive automation and efficiency improvements \nSupport system upgrades and implementations \nServe as payroll SME on projects impacting payroll \nEmployee Support\nRespond to employee payroll inquiries \nResearch and resolve pay discrepancies \nCoordinate, prepare and/or deliver employee training\nQualifications\nEducation Required:\nBachelor's degree in accounting or finance\nExperience Required:\n5+ years of domestic payroll administration \n2+ years of supervisory/lead experience \nExperience in European orAsicaPAC payroll administration\nUnderstanding of payroll accounting and payroll impact on general ledger\nExcel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data format
