growth.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and optimize CNC machining processes for complex mechanical components\nCreate 3D models and CAD/CAM programs using simulation software to ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective manufacturing\nReview product designs and specifications for manufacturability, quality, and compliance with customer requirements\nPartner with machining teams to develop tooling and fixturing solutions that support production goals and project timelines\nSupport customer quoting activities through process planning and manufacturing expertise\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance\nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field\n2+ years of engineering experience in a precision manufacturing environment\nSolid experience with CAD/CAM software and machining process development\nKnowledge of cutting tools, machining strategies, and tooling optimization\nUnderstanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)\nStrong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to interpret technical drawings,
