This individual will provide leadership and oversight for technology integrations and will help to maintain enterprise network and security standards.\nIdeal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience working in complex network architectures with a focus on network performance, security, scalability, resiliency, and automation.\nThis high-profile role will have an excellent salary and benefits package, as well as numerous professional development opportunities and the potential for a substantial bonus.\nResponsibilities\nLead and manage project teams in designing network solutions and translating network requirements into plans for both IT and business units, with a focus on network security\nParticipate in the strategic leadership committee and provide network reviews of technology environments and network standards delivery\nLead the integration of new and existing technical components safely and soundly into the operating environment\nDrive changes in the current network operating environment that lead to operational efficiencies and improvements across multiple business units and technologies\nLead engagements with business units to define and integrate business requirements into the technology architecture landscape\nDrive implementation of network standards and practices to support a strong security posture\nLead the design of network orchestration to automate key processes\nLead and manage the network program’s Agile SAFE sprint planning activities\nSupport teams in successfully delivering projects through established project management / SAFE agile processes\nIdentify process and operational improvements to extract further value from existing network security investments and to meet dynamic compliance and regulatory needs\nAdvise senior leadership on information protection and network principles\nResponsible for the leading the organization’s network modernization and transformation to the cloud\nDrives the effective delivery of the business continuity process (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) processes\nQualifications\nRequired:\n7+ years of experience assisting in the maintenance and management of enterprise networking platforms\n3+ years of experience in design and ownership of architectural changes at the enterprise level\nExpert-level knowledge in the areas of network security, network architecture, design and implementation\nStrong knowledge of Cisco, Arista, Juniper, and Fortinet products\nExpertise in network best practices related to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery\nStrong experience in the areas of IT Risk, change management, computer operations, information security administration, and network administration.\nExpertise in the setup and delivery of network protocols, cryptography, and network security practices\nDemonstrated knowledge of current tools/practices for developing and publishing policies, procedures, metrics and other information\nStrong experience in network Cloud platforms -
