Leads a cross-functional team and coordinates material flow to ensure alignment with safety, quality, and delivery objectives. Drives operational performance through leadership, workforce management, process discipline, and continuous improvement.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material movement, to meet production and delivery requirements.\nCoordinate material flow and distribution across warehouse locations and production areas to ensure continuity of supply.\nEnsure accurate and timely inventory management, including system transactions, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.\nMonitor and drive performance through KPIs (such as; safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and attendance); communicate results and take corrective action.\nIdentify and resolve operational issues related to inventory, workflow, staffing, and material flow; escalate systemic issues as needed.\nLead, coach, and develop team members; support performance management, training, onboarding, and employee engagement.\nManage workforce administration, including timekeeping, attendance, and scheduling to meet operational demands.\nPartner cross-functionally and with HR to address employee relations, staffing needs, and operational challenges.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, including safe operation of material handling equipment (PIT).\nDrive continuous improvement using lean principles; support cost control, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nThorough knowledge of warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.\nIn-depth knowledge of inventory control, material flow, and distribution processes.\nWorking knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS).\nWorking knowledge of safety standards and material handling practices.\nProven ability to lead teams and drive accountability in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills.\nEffective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAbility to analyze performance data and drive corrective actions.\nProficiency in standard computer and operational systems.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities across shifts and operations.\nEducation and Experience\n5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.\n3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.\nExperience with ERP systems and inventory management.\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or related field preferred.
