Our promise is to provide outstanding service as it remains to be our first and foremost mission.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Dedicated Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing, managing and running the day-to-day operations for their assigned Dedicated Accounts. Additionally, they will lead the hiring initiatives, as well as to educate and develop their staff. The Field Operations Manager will report to the Director of Dedicated Regional Operations Manager.\nThe responsibilities of the position include, butare not limited to:\nManaging and developing their assigned Dedicated Accounts. Traveling as required to various customer locations\nPartnering with Operations and Recruiting to ensure proper onboarding of the customers and onsite personal\nOverseeing the P&L for their regional (financial performance forecasting); managing customer and regional KPIs (operational goals)\nCreating customer service first solutions. Recognizing areas that need improvement with a vision to develop an action plan tailored to each account\nExecuting necessary precautions to ensure safety and compliance with Company, OSHA, and DOT rules and regulations\nDemonstrating the Pyle Culture through the expansive and repetitive communication of Pyle core values across all levels in the organization\nTo be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:\nMinimum five (5) years of previous transportation experience, ideally within a Dedicated Account Management role\nTravel-50%\nDemonstrated leadership experience; ability to lead, teach, and mentor staff\nAbility to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment\nStrong communication skills; excellent attention to detail and organizational skills\nProficient with MS Office applications; strong computer literacy\nAbility to work all shifts as required\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nFor a full job description associated with this posting, please contact A.
