By mobilizing the power of people and the potential of technology, we are honored to extend the reach of each donor’s gift and share the importance of the gift of life.\nWith the help of our employee-led strategy team, we will ensure that all communities feel welcome and safe with us because we are a model for fairness, belonging, and forward thinking.\nKey responsibilities this position will perform include:\nDesigns, develops and maintains business applications and digital forms using Microsoft Power Apps to support stakeholder input and operational processes.\nDevelops and maintains automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, including notifications, approvals, task routing, data validation and data movement, to reduce manual work and improve process efficiency.\nDevelops and maintains SQL database functionality, including tables, views, queries and stored procedures, to securely store application data and support reporting and analysis.\nCollaborates with Software Developer II, business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand current processes and translate business needs into reliable, user-friendly applications and automated solutions.\nIntegrates applications and workflows with SQL Server and other approved systems, services, connectors and application programming interfaces.\nPerforms functional, unit, integration and user acceptance testing of applications, workflows, database changes, interfaces and system integrations; identifies and resolves defects prior to implementation.\nSupports implementation, deployment, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of applications and automated processes. \nDocuments application logic, workflows, database structures, testing results, deployments and support procedures. Provides accurate status updates regarding development activities, risks and issues.\nHelps Software Developer II, provide individual and group instruction, training, user guidance and ongoing support as needed. Learns and applies new technologies and development methods appropriately and effectively.\nPerforms additional duties as required.\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n\nBachelor’s degree in related field\n3+ years of related experience in application development, database development, workflow automation or a related area \nWorking knowledge and familiarity with at least two of the following program languages:SQL/T-SQL (SQL Server Management Studio)\nPower Fx\nC#\nASP.NET\nJavaScript\nHTML/CSS\n\nWorking knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel, is required. Technical skills required Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL Server, relational database concepts, application and form design, data validation, testing, troubleshooting and technical documentation.
