experiments and A/B testing to validate and improve ML solutions.\n\nCollaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy and continuously improve production models.\n\nRequired experience and skills:\n\n5+ years of commercial experience in Data Science / Applied Machine Learning.\n\nHands-on experience in AdTech / Programmatic Advertising.\n\nDirect experience with RTB / real-time bidding systems.\n\nCommercial experience applying ML/Data Science to advertising optimization.\n\nHands-on experience with bidding or bid optimization.\n\nExperience with CTR/CVR prediction, campaign optimization, ranking, pacing, budget allocation, or advertising decisioning.\n\nExperience developing, improving, or operating ML models in production.\n\nStrong Python skills.\n\nStrong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets.\n\nExperience translating business problems into ML/Data Science solutions.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong English communication skills.\n\nWould be a plus:\n\nExperience with DSP platforms.\n\nExperience with bidder logic, bidding algorithms, or bid-price optimization.\n\nKnowledge of OpenRTB and auction dynamics.\n\nExperience with real-time decisioning or pre-bid optimization/filtering.\n\nExperience with user acquisition, retargeting, or performance advertising.\n\nExperience with large-scale real-time ML.\n\nExperience with online experimentation / A/B testing.\n\nExperience with contextual bandits, online learning, or reinforcement
