Bonus eligible\nPURPOSE:\nThis position is responsible for performing a variety of responsibilities in the warehouse including pulling/checking customer orders, moving materials, loading/unloading shipments, and general material handling. Operates necessary equipment to store and move products throughout the warehouse.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (performs other duties as assigned):\nLoads and unloads trucks in an efficient manner.\nPerforms a variety of material movement tasks for order filling, receiving, and loading.\nSafely uses assigned power equipment to move material and meet order requirements (crown truck, Raymond side-loader, overhead crane, forklift, etc.).\nFollows customer requirements to select, fill and package orders.\nAttaches bundle tag to material being shipped and stages for shipment.\nRelies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. \nWorks under immediate supervision.\nNotices and reports defects and/or excessive wear and tear of equipment;May perform set-up and preventative maintenance of equipment.\nMaintains a clean and safe work environment.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBasic measurement competency\nBasic math competency\nKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a warehouse environment\nStrong work ethic\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:\nManual dexterity (grasp, hand/wrist movement)\nStand, walk, stoop, bend, reach\nPush/pull\nLight lifting (25lbs or less)\nHeavy lifting (25-50lbs)\nExposure to powered industrial equipment\nOperates machinery and/or power tools\nOperates motor vehicles or heavy equipment\nUse of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to training plan\nWe are an Equal OpportunityEmployer\nPlease view Equal Employment Opportunity Posters provided by OFCCP\nCompany Overview: Founded in 1890, A.
