This role ensures the reliability, efficiency, and safety of production equipment and facility infrastructure while supporting operational excellence, cost management, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader with a strong technical background, proven leadership experience, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements in equipment reliability, facility performance, and operational efficiency.\nResponsibilities\nMaintenance & Equipment Reliability\nProvide leadership for all maintenance and reliability activities across the facility.\nDevelop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and asset life.\nLead troubleshooting efforts for complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, controls, and automation systems.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime, improving equipment performance, and increasing maintenance effectiveness.\nUtilize CMMS systems to manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, asset histories, and maintenance planning activities.\nManufacturing Equipment Oversight\nManage the performance, maintenance, and reliability of critical production equipment, including:\nCNC machines\nWelding equipment\nPresses\nConveyors\nRobotics and automation systems\nHydraulics and pneumatics\nMotors and drives\nElectrical distribution systems\nPLCs and controls systems\nFacilities Management\nOversee facility infrastructure and utilities, including:\nElectrical distribution systems\nHVAC systems\nCompressed air systems\nBoilers and chillers\nWater and wastewater systems\nFire protection systems\nBuilding infrastructure and utilities\nFacility renovations, expansions, and upgrades\nCapital Projects\nLead capital improvement projects from planning through execution.\nManage equipment installations, facility expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and modernization initiatives.\nCoordinate internal resources, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.\nDevelop business cases and return-on-investment justifications for capital expenditures.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.\nEquivalent combination of education and extensive manufacturing experience will be considered.\nExperience\n10+ years of progressive experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or plant environment.\nDemonstrated career progression through increasing levels of responsibility, such as:\nMaintenance Technician\nMaintenance Supervisor\nMaintenance Manager\nFacilities Manager\nPlant Engineering Leader\nProven experience managing both manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure.\nStrong industrial maintenance background including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability, and maintenance planning.\nExperience leading maintenance, facilities, engineering, and technical teams.\nSignificant experience managing capital projects and facility improvements.\nExperience administering CMMS platforms and maintenance systems.\nTechnical Knowledge\nStrong working knowledge of:\nIndustrial electrical systems\nMechanical systems\nHydraulics and pneumatics\nPLCs, controls, and automation\nFacility utility systems\nReliability-centered maintenance practices\nManufacturing operations and support systems\nWe Offer\nCompetitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits plans which include medical and dental insurance, company-sponsored life insurance, retirement security savings plan, short- and long-term disability programs and tuition assistance.\nADA Statement & EEO Statement\nIn developing this job description care was taken to include all competencies needed to successfully perform in this position.
