We approach our work WITH IDEAS, as all of us have creative contributions that drive us forward.\nYour Responsibilities\nWe are looking for a Technical Purchaser to join our office in Chur, Switzerland, as soon as possible.\nManage day-to-day procurement for our cruise operations.\nPurchase materials and services for the nautical and technical operations of all vessels.\nSupport internal procurement controlling, maintain master data and contribute to projects.\nVerify incoming invoices, check their accuracy and assign them to the appropriate accounts.\nHandle payment reminders and provide cover for colleagues during annual leave.\nMaintain and update vessel documentation in the fleet management system.\nMonitor vessel certificate expiry dates and support the technical department in recording technical and nautical data, such as operating hours and fuel consumption.\nAssist with scheduling technical personnel on board.\nSupport the further development of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and the continued implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the fleet.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nBe willing to travel for business.\nWork closely with the nautical and technical departments, participate in team meetings and act responsibly in line with the company’s objectives and values.\nYour Benefits\nAn interesting and varied role.\nA diverse range of activities, both in the office and on location.\nA permanent employment contract.\nShort decision-making processes, flat hierarchies and the freedom to work independently.\nOpportunities to work from home by agreement with your manager.\nA friendly working environment within a highly motivated and experienced team.\nResponsibility from day one.\nAttractive Family & Friends discounts.\nYour Profile\nCompleted commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with a focus on procurement or supply chain management.\nProfessional experience in operational procurement, preferably in the maritime industry.\nStrong communication skills in German and English;
