You'll be out on site, leading from the front, working alongside your team and taking pride in delivering a quality installation every time.\nYou'll typically supervise one or two Installation Engineers, taking responsibility for safety, quality, customer relationships and keeping projects on track.\nWhat you'll be doing\nLeading a small installation crew on customer sites.\nRemaining hands-on and actively involved in installation work.\nEnsuring work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard.\nReading drawings and coordinating installations on site.\nWorking closely with customers and representing A-SAFE professionally.\nCompleting site documentation, reports and sign-offs.\nTravelling across the Midlands and South, including staying away during the week when required.\nWhat we're looking for:\nYou might currently be an Installation Supervisor, Team Leader, Foreman, Lead Installer or Senior Installer.\nWhat's most important is that you're comfortable leading a team, working safely and delivering quality work in a practical, site-based environment.\nExperience within installation, construction, racking, warehouse systems, mechanical installation, utilities, shopfitting or similar industries is all welcome.\nYou'll also need:\nA full UK driving licence\nExperience supervising or leading teams on site\nA good understanding of RAMS and safe systems of work\nExperience using hand and power tools\nThe flexibility to travel and stay away during the week when required\nWhy join A-SAFE?\nYou'll join a highly experienced installation & services function delivering projects for some of the world's best-known brands.\nNo two weeks are the same.
