Working Pattern: Full-time, On-site 3 days per week
Are you someone who is passionate about quality and takes pride in delivering reliable, well-tested software? Are you enthusiastic about working with AI and other new technologies?
As aQA Tester you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of our software products. You will combine hands-on manual testing with test automation, working closely with developers and product teams to support high-quality, predictable releases.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, technically curious, and collaborative, who enjoys improving how quality is embedded across the delivery lifecycle.
How you will make an impact
- You will execute manual test cases, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing, ensuring defects are identified early and clearly reported.
- You will develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright or similar tools to improve coverage and efficiency.
- You will support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, contributing to fast and reliable release cycles.
- You will assist with performance and load testing using tools such as K6, with results monitored via Grafana.
- You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA colleagues to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- You will document test plans, test cases, and results clearly, ensuring transparency and traceability.
- You will identify, report, and validate bug fixes, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
- You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team, helping refine tools, processes, and best practices.
What we are looking for
- 1-4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, covering both manual and automated testing.
- Genuine interest in working with AI and other innovative new software tools
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA principles, and best practices.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as K6 and monitoring solutions like Grafana.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and debug issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently within cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior QA colleagues and contributing to knowledge sharing.
- Exposure to SaaS or e-commerce environments and their specific quality challenges.
- Experience contributing to test strategy discussions, QA standards, or tooling decisions.
