Are you enthusiastic about working with AI and other new technologies?\nAs aQA Tester you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of our software products. You will combine hands-on manual testing with test automation, working closely with developers and product teams to support high-quality, predictable releases.\nThis role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, technically curious, and collaborative, who enjoys improving how quality is embedded across the delivery lifecycle.\nHow you will make an impact\nYou will execute manual test cases, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing, ensuring defects are identified early and clearly reported.\nYou will develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright or similar tools to improve coverage and efficiency.\nYou will support the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, contributing to fast and reliable release cycles.\nYou will assist with performance and load testing using tools such as K6, with results monitored via Grafana.\nYou will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA colleagues to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.\nYou will document test plans, test cases, and results clearly, ensuring transparency and traceability.\nYou will identify, report, and validate bug fixes, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.\nYou will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team, helping refine tools, processes, and best practices.\nWhat we are looking for\n1-4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, covering both manual and automated testing.\nGenuine interest in working with AI and other innovative new software tools\nHands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.\nSolid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA principles, and best practices.\nFamiliarity with performance and load testing tools such as K6 and monitoring solutions like Grafana.\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Git).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and debug issues effectively.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently within cross-functional teams.\nA proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.\nNice to have\nExperience mentoring or supporting junior QA colleagues and contributing to knowledge sharing.\nExposure to SaaS or e-commerce environments and their specific quality challenges.\nExperience contributing to test strategy discussions, QA standards, or tooling decisions.\nBenefits:\nOpportunities for professional growth and career advancement.\nCollaborative and supportive work environment.\nHybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote work.\nOn-site pool and ping-pong table\nIntensive working hours (Jornada intensiva) in August: during this month we work from 8:00 to 15:00\nFlexible working hours with the option to finish early on Fridays.\nAbout us:\nOur story started in 1984, when A-SAFE set out to solve real workplace safety problems with better, more innovative products.
