As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in turning customer requirements into well-planned, safely delivered installation, inspection and service visits.\nThis is a fast-moving coordination role where priorities can change quickly. You’ll bring customers, installation teams, subcontractors and internal departments together, making sure everyone has the right information and that each job moves smoothly from initial planning through to completion.\nThe role\nYou’ll take ownership of a varied schedule of installation and service work. Balancing customer requirements, installer availability, travel and operational priorities, you’ll make practical decisions that keep work progressing and customers informed.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nPlanning workloads and schedules for installation and service teams.\nCoordinating installer availability, travel, accommodation and operational requirements.\nArranging plant, machinery and specialist equipment, including FLTs and MEWPs, where required.\nPreparing accurate job packs using information provided by Sales through Conek.\nIdentifying missing or unclear information before work is released to the installation team.\nKeeping customers, installers, Sales teams and other stakeholders informed of changes, delays or amendments.\nOrganising the workload of approved subcontractors and issuing purchase orders before work begins.\nMonitoring completed jobs and ensuring reports, photographs, certificates and supporting records are received.\nRecording incomplete visits and Non-Conformance Reports accurately, then prioritising return visits in line with the relevant SLA.\nMaintaining schedules for inspections, line marking, safety systems, maintenance and other service activities.\nCustomer communication will be a major part of your role. You’ll agree visit details, confirm dates and provide clear progress updates before, during and after the work. When plans change, you’ll make sure customers understand what is happening and what the next steps are.\nYou’ll also follow up after completion, helping ensure that outstanding actions are resolved and that each job is properly closed.\nWhat you’ll find here\nYou’ll be able to see the impact of your work in the customer sites and workplaces our solutions help protect. You’ll also play an active part in improving the systems and processes used by the Installation & Services team.\nWho we’re looking for\nYou’ll be highly organised, customer-focused and comfortable coordinating several activities at once. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work with customers, installation crews, subcontractors, Sales teams and colleagues across the business.\nYou’ll also bring:\nExperience of planning, scheduling, administration or service coordination.\nThe ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.\nStrong attention to detail and confidence checking information for accuracy.\nA proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.\nClear written and verbal communication skills.\nConfidence communicating delays, changes and next steps to customers.\nGood geographical knowledge when planning workloads, routes and travel.\nThe ability to maintain accurate records and follow work through to completion.\nA practical, accountable approach and the confidence to escalate issues when necessary.\nExperience coordinating field-based teams, installation work, subcontractors or customer service activities would be useful, but what matters most is your ability to take ownership, communicate clearly and keep complex schedules moving.\nIf you enjoy solving practical problems, creating order in a changing environment and delivering a reliable customer experience, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible difference.\nReady to make an impact?
