This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong experience across Windows Server, enterprise networking, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting IT infrastructure for enterprise customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nNetwork Infrastructure\nDesign, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network environments.\nCreate and maintain network diagrams, configuration records, and operational documentation.\nServer & Virtualization\nDesign, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments\nAdminister and support Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related identity services.\nImplement and maintain virtualization platforms\nAzure / Microsoft 365\nDesign, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and Microsoft cloud services.\nAdminister and support Microsoft Entra ID including Intune and o365 environments\nTechnical Support, Projects & Operations\nProvide hands-on technical support for enterprise customers in both Japanese and English.\nProvide remote and on-site technical support.\nMonitor systems and infrastructure to maintain high availability, reliability, performance, and security.\nParticipate in infrastructure migration, upgrade, deployment, and implementation projects.\nCreate and maintain system documentation, implementation procedures, configuration records, and operational documentation.\nCoordinate with customers, vendors, cloud providers, and other IT personnel for troubleshooting and project implementation.\nParticipate in an on-call rotation and perform after-hours or weekend work when required for maintenance, outages, or critical incidents.\nSkills\nMicrosoft Azure hands-on experience.\nMicrosoft Intune / endpoint management experience.\nExperience with hybrid on-premises and Microsoft cloud environments.\nExperience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.\nPowerShell scripting experience.\nExperience supporting multi-site enterprise networks with Cisco,
