You will work directly with business stakeholders to identify valuable use cases, build solutions hands-on, and take them from initial concept to production. This is a role for someone who combines strong engineering skills with business understanding and takes ownership of the solutions they build – from defining the right problem to measuring the impact after launch.\n\nYour daily routine would include:\n\nWorking directly with business teams to identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases.\n\nDefining solution scope together with business stakeholders, balancing business value, technical feasibility, delivery time, and cost.\n\nBuilding and deploying LLM-based applications, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions on the team’s infrastructure.\n\nTaking use cases from Proof of Concept (PoC) through pilot to production and ensuring they deliver value to real users.\n\nMonitoring and improving deployed solutions, troubleshooting issues, and taking responsibility for their ongoing performance.\n\nDeveloping repeatable evaluation methods to measure AI quality and verify whether changes to prompts, models, or architectures improve results.\n\nAgreeing on measurable business outcomes with business owners before implementation and tracking the impact after launch.\n\nDeveloping reusable components that help accelerate future AI use cases and enable solutions to scale across the organization.\n\nCollaborating with the team on technology choices, architecture, and engineering standards.\n\nSelecting the right models and approaches based on quality, cost, latency, and data sensitivity.\n\nWe’ll know you can make it if you have:\n\nHands-on experience building and deploying LLM-based systems used by real users, including the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise after launch.\n\nStrong Python skills and experience developing maintainable, production-ready services.\n\nExperience with an AI agent framework in production.
