A10 Networks System Engineer act in a Pre-Sales role promoting A10 product solutions. In this role, you'll perform customer demonstrations explaining features and benefits to customers, assist the customer with network designs, and configure equipment to meet specific customer requirements.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nProviding technical and sales support for accounts and channel in assigned territory\nPerform presentations (technical, products, solution) for customers, partners and prospects\nAssist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities\nBe responsible for POC testing, RFP & technical solutions drafting, competitor analysis, training materials, media soft paper and promotional documentation organizing\nInternal training for sales and marketing team; external training for Channel partners & key customers\nRemote and on-site support for customer technical problems\nOn-site technical support for key customers technical troubleshooting\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nA bachelor's degree in EE or CS (or equivalent) with 8+ years of related industry experience\nMinimum 5 years experience in Pre-sales role\nKnowledge of Layer-4-7 protocols and technologies, such as TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS and SSLTTLS\nStrong L2/L3 expertise with an emphasis on Network Routing Protocols, such as OSPF/BGP\nIn-depth knowledge in multiple areas of specialization: Virtualization, Cloud-Native, Application Acceleration, DDOS mitigation, IPv4 Preservation/IPv6 Migration technologies and Traffic Security\nUnderstanding of Gen AI Architecture\nStrong operating experience in at least one of the following areas: Application Delivery Controller, Enterprise Applications, Network Security\nAbility to work independently, effective and as a team member\n\nWay to Stand Out:\nRelevant certifications (e.g., A10 Certified professional, CCNA / CCNP / CCIE, JNCIA , JNCIP , F5 201/301/401 , Palo Alto / Fortinet certified engineer) are highly desirable\nCompetitive knowledge in Layer 4-7 switching including solutions, technology and product offerings\nKnowledgeable and conversant about company, competitive landscape, technologies, solutions, product strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats\nKnowledge of protocols and technologies in mobile service provider/ISP, such as CGNAT, Gi/SGi Firewall, GTP Firewall, DDoS Clean Pipe\nScripting programming experience in Shell or TCL along with Unix/Linux technical experience\nExperience with container orchestration solutions (eg: OpenShift, Kubernetes)\n\nA10 Networks is an equal opportunity employer.
