This is not a \"just set meetings\" role. Backed by leading investors, the company is scaling fast toward becoming the category-defining player in European public procurement. \nIn this role, you’ll:\nRun outreach workflows across phone, email, and LinkedIn\nCold call daily and book qualified demos with decision-makers\nIterate messaging and objection handling fast, turning learnings into better scripts, sequences, and playbooks\nWork defined ICPs and verticals systematically, track what converts, and double down on what works\nPartner closely with the GTM team on positioning and qualification, and feed market insights back to product and marketing\nHelp build the GTM playbook that the next SDRs will run\nEarn the opportunity to step into an SDR Team Lead role or Account Executive, own the next stage of our outbound motion, and build the SDR team around the playbook you helped create\nYour Profile: \n6+ months of experience in outbound sales, SDR work, or a similar high-output role (startup experience is a plus)\nYou've picked up the phone before and you're not afraid of rejection\nHigh ownership and high output: you measure your week by demos booked, qualified pipeline generated, and opportunities advanced\nClear, confident communication in German, plus fluent English\nYou might be a fit if you:\nLove the craft of outbound: clean targeting, sharp messaging, and disciplined follow-up\nAre hungry for ownership and not interested in waiting for permission\nCare about winning but stay humble about what you don't know yet\nHave something outside of work that shows you don't do things halfway, whether that's competitive sports, a side project, or something completely different\nSee this as the launchpad for a career in sales leadership\nPlease note that this position is based in Hamburg.\nBenefits and Perks:\nUncapped commission on top of a solid base.
