We are looking for capable talents from various backgrounds to tag along on our journey to utilise data to create real impact via scalable data ML/AI infrastructure, thorough analyses and meaningful relationships to ensure proper application.\nIn this role, you’ll:\nBuild high-quality data warehouses, cloud infrastructure, AI workflows, etc.\nIntegrate data from various systems into flexible and consistent representations\nExplore and evaluate the lasting impact of AI use cases and their implementation\nEnsure that all people and IT systems in the organisation have easy access to data, through various front-ends and interfaces\nWork in an agile software development process and collaborate closely with the analytics, product, and software engineering teams\nImpact the business while working in an amazing cross-functional team environment\nYour Profile:\nGenuine interest in data and algorithms, and an excitement for solving difficult business problems through scalable data products\nKnowledge of version control systems, web technologies, software, analytics engineering, and data engineering best practices, and the inner workings of database systems\n5+ years of hands-on experience building and owning data warehouse and cloud infrastructure in a production environment, with strong command of SQL, Python and dbt\nExperience with machine learning and/or AI is preferred\nThe ability to turn data science into something that creates business value is a plus\nDesire to learn new things (we know you can “fly at least one type of plane”, and we will provide you with many types and variations of said plane)\nGood communication skills in German & English (native/full working proficiency)\nA degree in computer science or a comparable qualification\nPlease note that this position is based in Berlin. \nWhy Join A11:\nShape the Future of Innovation: Take the lead on game-changing projects across a diverse range of companies and geographies.
