From launching products at speed to reshaping entire business models, we deliver impact.\nAbout the Job\nWe're looking for a driven and impactful Solutions Architect (m/f/d) to bridge our product team and our clients, and to make sure what we sell is something we can build and deliver.\nAlongside our client work, we are building a new internal product that brings together company data to recommend decisions and carry out the resulting actions.\nAs our Solutions Architect, you take over a large part of those technical conversations at the front of the sales funnel. You work alongside our partners and managing directors, answer the deep technical questions clients ask, and shape solutions that fit both the client's reality and what our product can do. Just as important, you bring what you learn back to the product - so your home will be the Technology team.\nIn this role, you'll:\nLead the technical side of early client conversations, including the discovery calls that come before a value discovery workshop\nJoin and co-run client workshops to understand processes, data sources and pain points, and to surface knowledge that isn't written down anywhere\nAnswer deep technical questions from client teams on architecture, data integration, security and on-premise setups\nShape solution proposals that map a client's use case onto what the product already offers and what would need to be built on top\nWork closely with our partners and managing directors, so commercial and technical sides of a deal tell the same story\nTranslate what you hear from clients into clear implications for the product, and feed them back to the product and engineering team\nHelp shape the roadmap by spotting patterns across clients and industries that belong in the core product\nHand over smoothly to the engineers who deliver the solution, so nothing gets lost between sale and delivery\nYour Profile\nSeveral years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant or Forward Deployed Engineer\nA hands-on technical background (software engineering, data engineering or architecture), deep enough to discuss system design, data integration and security with a client's engineers\nPractical experience with AI/LLM systems or data platforms, and a clear sense of what they can and can't do in a real company\nExperience in B2B sales cycles: you are comfortable in discovery calls, workshops and solution presentations, without turning every conversation into a pitch\nThe ability to explain technical concepts to a CTO, a business owner and an operations team in the same meeting\nStrong structuring skills: you turn a messy client conversation into a clear problem statement and a solution outline\nComfort with ambiguity: the product is evolving fast, and you help shape it rather than wait for a finished feature list\nHigh agency and a get-things-done mindset, together with being a team player who shares credit and collaborates across disciplines\nFluent German and English, as you will work with German-speaking clients, including Mittelstand and private equity-backed companies\nWillingness to travel to client sites for workshops\nWhy Join A11:\nShape the Future of Innovation: Take the lead on game-changing projects across a diverse range of companies and geographies.
