Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role. 1 day per week of work-from home.

The company's office is in Mid Valley

Job Scope

• Plan and coordinate shoots with the company's content creators
• Execute the content strategist’s direction
• Film content on a mobile phone (talking heads, interview, B-roll, behind the scenes)
• Coordinate with video editors
• Coordinate content in both English and Chinese
• Keep the content calendar and shoot schedule up to date

Requirements

• Full proficiency in Mandarin 
• Working proficiency in English
• Comfortable filming with a phone
• Organised and reliable with deadlines and follow-ups
• Clear communication with talent, strategists and editors
• Experience in social media, content production or coordination is a plus
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu content formats
• Basic editing skills
• Interest in AI tools for content creation
