growth, driven by innovation and customer success.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nCollaborate with the Product Manager, internal stakeholders, and customers to gather, analyze, and clarify business and user requirements.\nTranslate requirements into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items ready for development.\nEstimate and assess feature scope, complexity, dependencies, and delivery effort in collaboration with the development team.\nWork with the Product Manager to prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, market trends, and roadmap objectives.\nOwn and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-structured, up to date, prioritized, and aligned with product strategy.\nAct as the main point of contact for product-related questions, providing clear updates on scope, priorities, progress, risks, and trade-offs.\nWork closely with the development team to support timely delivery of product increments and ensure requirements are understood throughout the delivery cycle.\nFacilitate key Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.\nValidate delivered features against acceptance criteria, user needs, and expected business outcomes.\nPartner with the support team to ensure complete, accurate, and user-friendly product documentation.\nSupport product releases by contributing to release notes, internal enablement, demos, and stakeholder communication.\nRequirements\nProfessional Background\n3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.\nExperience with Agile software delivery.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.\nExperience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or Power BI.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\nSkills & Abilities\nStrong ability to translate complex business needs into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.\nGood technical understanding of software platforms, APIs, integrations, cloud environments, and data flows.\nAbility to assess scope, dependencies, risks, and delivery effort in collaboration with development teams.\nStrong backlog management and prioritization skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAdvanced analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.\nFluency in English (written and spoken).\nStructured, collaborative, and delivery-focused mindset.\nNice to Have\nExperience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, data products, or analytics platforms.\nKnowledge of automotive, cost engineering, sustainability, benchmarking, or engineering-related domains.\nExperience working in an international environment.\nFamiliarity with data-driven product development
