problems to ensure project normal delivery\nKEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)\n1.Generate technical insights report, costing calculation and report, DtC/VAVE ideas and report as per the tasks assigned by manager and according to required quality standards\nRequirements\nQualifications and skills\n1.More than 5 years experience/knowledge of Closures and Exterior components in the function of Product Development, Cost Engineering, Purchasing, SQE/STA, Lean Manufacturing or Value Engineering;\n2.Experience on BOM cost calculation, DtC/VAVE from supply chain, material and manufacturing process;\n3.Stamping / forging technology manufacturing and costing knowledge;\n4.English written & oral, overseas study experience is a plus;\n5.Bachelor or above degree in electronics, mechanical, industrial engineering or related area;\n6.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;\n7.Strong adaptability and flexibility, innovative
