- Ensure the quality of VOP data, can perform VOP daily work according to the WI and ensure project delivery on time
确保车辆总布置数据的质量，可以按照流程很好的执行车辆总布置日常生产工作，确保项目按时交付
- Good 5S management and continuous improvement
做好5S管理，并不断进步
- Follow the work arranged by VOP Team Leader, and actively support other team members to complete the department work
服从整车总布置团队负责人的工作安排，积极支持团队其他人员完成部门工作
- Conscientiously carry out other tasks assigned by the 3D manager
认真执行3D经理分派的其它任务
KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)
1. Perform VOP daily work according to the process, able to complete tasks on time independently
可以按照工作流程很好的执行整车总布置的日常生产工作，能独立按时完成任务
2. Data accuracy ratio is more than 97%
数据正确率>97%
3. The number of 5S problems should not exceed once a month
每月5S问题不超过1次
4. Strictly follow the WI and safety production specification，no safety accidents
严格遵守操作流程和安全生产规范，无安全事故
5. Attendance is in line with the company's policy requirements
考勤符合公司政策要求
6. Good work attitude, follow the work arranged by VOP Team Leader, can conscientiously carry out other tasks assigned by the 3D manager and actively support other team members to complete the department work
良好的工作态度, 服从整车总布置团队负责人的工作安排，能够认真执行3D经理分派的其它任务，积极支持团队其他人员完成部门工作
Requirements
Professional Background
· College degree or above in automobile or mechanical engineering
汽车、机械相关专业专科及以上学历
· Experience in VOP is plus
具有车辆总布置工作经验优先
· Blue-light scanning experience is plus
具有蓝光扫描经验优先
· 1+ years minimum experience in Automobile industry
一年以上汽车行业工作经验
Skills & Abilities
· Basic operational ability of a computer
具有基础计算机运用操作能力
· Ability to use basic measuring tools
具有基础量具的运用能力
· Strong ability to imagine 3D space
具有较强的三维空间想象能力
· Fluent Chinese oral
中文流利
· Good English read and written ability, fluent English oral will be a plus
良好的英语读写能力，流利的英语口语优先
