infrastructure project commercialization.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives\nLead pricing, costing, and profitability analysis for renewable energy projects (solar, hybrid, mini-grid, etc.)\nOversee contract negotiations with clients, EPC partners, vendors, and financiers\nConduct financial modeling and feasibility analysis for new renewable energy projects and investments\nIdentify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the energy sector\nLead bid preparation, tender documentation, and commercial submissions\nManage risk assessment and mitigation strategies across commercial agreements\nCollaborate with technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure project bankability and profitability\nMonitor renewable energy market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities\nProvide commercial insights and strategic reports to executive management\nEducational Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an added advantage)\nMinimum of 5-8 years proven experience within a Renewable Energy company (mandatory)\nStrong background in solar PV systems, hybrid solutions, mini-grid, or power infrastructure projects\nDemonstrated experience in project commercialization within the energy sector\nStrong financial modeling and project finance expertise\nExperience in contract structuring, PPA negotiations, and EPC commercial agreements\nProven track record in revenue growth and margin optimization within renewable energy\nStrong analytical, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills\nExcellent stakeholder management and leadership capability\nCertification (Added Advantage)\nCertified Renewable Energy Professional (REP)\nProject Management Professional (PMP)\nChartered Financial Analyst (CFA)\nCompetencies\nRenewable Energy Commercial Structuring\nFinancial
