Формат: Офис / Гибрид

Команда: Внутренний R&D-отдел (FinTech / Internal Payments / Cross-border Transfers)

Инфраструктура: исключительно on-premise - собственные серверы, Kubernetes (microk8s), CI/CD в закрытом контуре; весь код и данные - строго внутри периметра.

Стек: Go 1.24, Clean Architecture, fasthttp, Uber FX, PostgreSQL / MySQL, Redis, Kafka / RabbitMQ, zerolog, Docker, Kubernetes YAML

Что предстоит делать:

  • Обеспечивать стабильную работу сервисов (мониторинг, реагирование и решение инцидентов).

  • Развивать инфраструктуру, управлять конфигурациями и обновлениями.

  • Поддерживать актуальную документацию по всей инфраструктуре.

  • Проектировать отказоустойчивые системы с учетом растущих нагрузок.

  • Исследовать и внедрять новые инфраструктурные решения для ускорения разработки.

  • Автоматизировать процессы развертывания и эксплуатации.

  • Помогать команде разработки осваивать DevOps практики.

Обязательно:

  • От 3 лет опыта в качестве DevOps инженера.

  • Опыт работы с Ansible.

  • Опыт работы с Docker/Kubernetes.

  • Опыт построения CI/CD и практик непрерывной доставки.

  • Знания и опыт работы с SQL базами данных.

  • Опыт работы с Prometheus/Grafana (Influxdb/Telegraf как альтернатива).

Будет плюсом:

  • Опыт работы с Redis.

  • Опыт работы с Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS.

  • Хорошие знания настройки сетевой конфигурации серверов (Baremetal/Внутри контура.

Условия:

  • График 5/2, формат работы 4/1 в пользу офиса (полностью удалённого формата нет).
