We reimburse up to $5,250 per year for job-related degrees or certifications (eligible after 6 months).\nFree AAA Membership: Enjoy a Free AAA Classic Membership and exclusive discounts on home/auto insurance.\nWhat You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)\nAs the face of AAA, you will provide ultimate customer excellence on the road by:\nOperating tow trucks safely and efficiently.\nPerforming simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out the issue.\nProviding essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.\nBuilding trust, problem-solving, and being a calming presence for our members on the scene.\nClear and proficient verbal and written communication even under pressure\nCommon knowledge of vehicle components and the common reasons for vehicle failure\nDemonstrates problem solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety as well as the ability to discern safety issues and respond appropriately\nAbility to drive a manual/automatic shift vehicle\nWhat We Are Looking For\nNo prior towing experience required! We provide top-tier, paid training for the role.\nA customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people.\nWillingness and flexibility to work the 8am, 11am, 1pm, or 3:00 PM - Midnight, including weekends.\nA valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (where applicable).\nEducation & Experience/Licenses & Certification/ Requirements\nMust possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record Work Environment/Physical Requirements\nWorks outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles. Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous.
