Overtime and monthly bonus opportunities available!\nApply TODAY for a Roadside Assistance Technician, Mobile Battery Technician or Tow Truck Technician position!\n**NO CDL required** **Paid Training!** **Hiring Immediately**\nWe offer our Associates:\nA competitive hourly rate of $22.05 to $24.70 based upon on experience and position\n\n10% shift differential for working 2nd shift (adds $2.00+ an hour to the hourly rate!)\n\nSchedule determined after training and will include weekends!\n\nOvertime opportunity during peak season\n\nMonthly bonuses (potential to earn up to an additional $300 month!)\n\nGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)\n\nPaid Holidays\n\n401(k) plan with company match\n\nHealth, Dental, Vision, & Prescription Coverage\n\nFREE Life Insurance\n\nFREE AAA Membership\n\nTuition reimbursement up to $5250/year\n\nPAID training\n\nPAID uniforms and tools provided\n\nDo you have what it takes?\nMust be at least 21 years old.\n\nCompletion of a high school diploma or equivalent.\n\nPossess and maintain a valid driver's license for the state where you reside; and maintain all state and local licensing requirements.\n\nAbility to pass a physical examination as required by the Department of Transportation and/or Company policy.\n\n3 years of experience in an automotive/mechanicalenvironment, or technical school, or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and/or customer service role is preferred.\n\nLift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds; bend, kneel and balance to change tires, inspect and to push vehicles; and use hand tools to provide service.\n\nSatisfactory pre-and post-employment screening results, including criminal, drug, and motor vehicle screening.\n\nOperate passenger vehicles and light-medium duty trucks (both manual and automatic transmissions) while primarily working from a service vehicle.\n\nCommunicate effectively in writing, verbally, via email, and using assigned technology such as GPS (Global Positioning Systems).\n\nSuccessfully complete required departmental training courses within 60 days of hire, and additional future department training as required. (May need to adjust your schedule to attend training).\n\nWhat will you do?\nProvide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, and tire change services using established guidelines and quality control procedures.\n\nProvide tow and recovery services using established guidelines and quality control procedures (Tow Truck Operator position).\n\nSell and install car batteries (Mobile Battery position only).\n\nCommunicate with members effectively to keep them informed and to ensure their safety.\n\nMake sound decisions regarding the safe service of vehicles and to accommodate member needs.\n\nEnter call information accurately into in-truck technology, process payments, handle cash, and complete reports as required.\n\nConduct vehicle and equipment inspections, ensuring that all are in safe operating condition and that all requirements are met.
