Apply TODAY!\nApply TODAY for Roadside Tow Truck Technician position!\n**NO CDL required** **Paid Training!** **Hiring Immediately**\nWe offer our Associates:\nA competitive hourly rate of $27.00 based upon on experience and position; paid on a bi-weekly basis\n\n10% shift differential for working 2nd shift\n\nSchedule determined after training and will include weekends!\n\nOpportunity for overtime during peak season.\n\nIndividual monthly bonus potential.\n\nOver 3 weeks of Paid Time Off may be accrued during the first year of employment.\n\n8 Paid Holidays.\n\n401(k) plan with company match up to 7%\n\nHealth & Life Insurance.\n\nTuition reimbursement up to $5250/year and professional certifications.\n\nComplimentary AAA membership (inclusive of product & service discounts).\n\nOther benefits include paid uniforms and paid training to qualified Associates.\n\nOur Roadside Assistance Tow Truck Drivers are DEDICATED DRIVERS who:\nProvide tow and recovery services using established guidelines and quality control procedures.\n\nProvide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts and tire change services using established guidelines and quality control procedures.\n\nCommunicate with members effectively to keep them informed and to ensure their safety.\n\nMake sound decisions regarding the safe service of vehicles and to accommodate member needs.\n\nEnter call information accurately into in-truck technology, process payments, handle cash and complete reports as required.\n\nConduct vehicle and equipment inspections, ensuring that all are in safe operating condition and that all requirements are met. Ensure that the fleet vehicle and all equipment are adequately secured at all times, including when the vehicle is not in use.\n\nSupport AAA as needed by participating in special events (parades, television, radio, and social media) promoting the brand.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nDo you have what it takes? \nMust be at least 21 years old.\n\nCompletion of a high school diploma or equivalent.\n\nState of Virginia - must possess or be able to obtain a valid Virginia Towing License.\n\nMust possess and maintain a valid driver's license for the state where you reside.\n\nMust have ability to pass a physical examination on a bi-annual basis as required by Department of Transportation and/or Company policy.\n\n3 years of experience in an automotive/mechanical environment, or technical school or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and/or customer service role is preferred.\n\nSatisfactory pre-and post-employment screening results, including criminal, drug and motor vehicle screening.\n\nMust successfully complete required departmental training courses within 60 days of hire.\n\nMust attain and maintain all state and local licensing requirements.\n\nAbility to successfully complete any additional future department training as required.
