Make an Impact.\nAAA Facility Services is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to help grow and strengthen relationships with our commercial facility maintenance customers.\nThis is a great opportunity for an experienced account management or B2B sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and working across operations and service teams to deliver solutions for customers.\nYou'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts while helping identify opportunities for additional services, trades, locations, and long-term partnerships.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with facility managers and key customer contacts.\nServe as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts.\nIdentify opportunities to expand services, trades, and geographic coverage within existing accounts.\nConduct customer discovery meetings and regular business reviews.\nDevelop strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, retention, and customer loyalty.\nManage sales opportunities and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline.\nPartner with operations and customer service teams to support successful service delivery.\nAssist with contract renewals and customer retention initiatives.\nProvide insight into customer needs, market trends, competitors, and pricing.\nSupport regional and national account growth strategies.\nParticipate in customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-7+ years of B2B sales, strategic account management, or similar experience.\nExperience in facility maintenance, construction services, property services, building services, electrical, plumbing, or another service-based industry is preferred.\nStrong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.\nStrong business judgement and problem-solving ability.\nExperience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.\nAbility to identify growth opportunities within customer accounts.\nSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.\nBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.\nTravel\nApproximately 25%-50%, including local and regional customer visits and periodic overnight travel.\nCompensation\nAnticipated Base Salary: $75,000-$80,000 annually + commission\nActual base salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law.\nIn addition to base salary, this position is eligible to earn commission under AAA Facility Services' Sales Commission Agreement, providing additional earning potential based on established performance measures.
