We are looking for dependable and empathetic individuals who truly love to help others and don't mind working outside in various weather conditions.\nFleet Address: 8350 Fremont Pike, Perrysburg OH 43551\nWe offer our Associates:\nCompetitive hourly base pay rate starting at $22.30/Hour for Tow and $21.40/Hour for Battery\n Now hiring for Full Time 1st Shift and 2nd Shift (both shifts will include weekends)\n 2nd Shift includes an additional 10% Shift Differential\nPlenty of overtime during peak season\nMonthly bonuses (potential to earn to additional $300-$500 per month!)\nOver 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) \n8 Paid Holidays\n401(k) plan with company match (first 4% matched at 125%)\nMedical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Coverage\nFREE AAA Membership \nTuition Reimbursement \nPaid Training\nUniforms and tools provided\nWhat will you do?\nProvide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts and tire change services using established guidelines and quality control procedures.\n Provide tow and recovery services using established guidelines and quality control procedures (Tow Truck Driver position).\n Sell, install, test and perform battery warranty services for Members (Mobile Battery Technician position).\nCommunicate with members effectively to keep them informed and to ensure their safety.\nMake sound decisions regarding the safe service of vehicles and to accommodate member needs. \nEnter call information accurately into in-truck technology, process payments, handle cash and complete reports as required.\nConduct vehicle and equipment inspections, ensuring that all are in safe operating condition and that all requirements are met. Ensure that the fleet vehicle and all equipment are adequately secured at all times, including when the vehicle is not in use.\nSupport AAA as needed by participating in special events (parades, television, radio, and social media) promoting the brand.\nWhat are we looking for?\nMust be at least 21 years old.\nCompletion of a high school diploma or equivalent.\nPossess and maintain a valid driver's license for the state where you reside; and maintain all state and local licensing requirements.\nAbility to pass a physical examination as required by Department of Transportation and/or Company policy. \n3 years of experience in an automotive/mechanical environment, or technical school OR a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales and/or customer service role is preferred.\nLift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds; bend, kneel and balance to change tires, inspect and to push vehicles; and use hand tools to provide service.\n Satisfactory pre-and post-employment screening results, including criminal, drug and motor vehicle screening.\nOperate passenger vehicles and light-medium duty trucks (both manual and automatic transmissions) while primarily working from a service vehicle.\nCommunicate effectively in writing, verbally, via email and using assigned technology such as GPS (Global Positioning Systems).\nSuccessfully complete required departmental training courses within 60 days of hire, and additional future department training as required.
