From reducing our environmental impact, to supporting education through training and talent programmes, to giving back to our local communities with our charitable initiative ABBIE- ESG is part of who we are.\nROLE PURPOSE\nKey duties & responsibilities:\nCreate and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc client reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.\nSupport Financial Controllers and client teams with reporting requirements, analysis, audit requests, projects, and business initiatives.\nDevelop a detailed understanding of assigned client portfolios and act as a key contact for reporting-related matters.\nAttend client meetings and reviews, providing insight and analysis to support decision-making and service delivery.\nLead the development and enhancement of management information, KPI reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.\nAct as the reporting subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Jet Reports, Power BI, and related reporting tools.\nDrive standardisation of reporting processes, KPI definitions, and reporting frameworks across the client portfolio.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to automate reporting and system processes, reducing manual effort and spreadsheet dependency.\nEnsure robust governance, controls, and data quality standards are maintained across all reporting activities.\nContribute to systems implementations, reporting enhancements, and internal improvement projects including embracing and leading automation projects.\nManage and develop the Technical Advisor role, expanding its contribution to reporting, systems support, and business intelligence activities.\nSupport sales pitches to clients with reporting capabilities.\nExperience & qualifications\nEssential\nExperience in financial reporting, management reporting, or business intelligence roles.\nStrong understanding of management accounts, financial reporting, and performance analysis.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nExperience using reporting and business intelligence tools.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.\nExcellent organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities.\nProven experience delivering reporting within deadline-driven environments.\nHospitality, hotel, or multi-site sector experience.\n\nDesirable\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Jet Reports, and Power BI.\nKnowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and KPI development.\nExperience supporting system implementations, reporting projects, or process improvement initiatives.\n\nSuccess Measures\nAccurate and timely delivery of all client and portfolio reporting.\nImproved quality and consistency of management information.\nIncreased automation and reduced manual reporting effort.\nHigh levels of client and stakeholder satisfaction.\nStrong data governance and reporting controls.\nEnhanced reporting capability through business intelligence and dashboard development.\nSuccessful development and utilisation of the Technical Advisor role.\nWHAT AAB OFFER\nWe want you to feel supported inside and outside of work.
