We are addressing this challenge by building AI-native insurance agencies and digital services that combine risk data, loss prevention, and innovative product delivery.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive the end to end experience for AACI Group’s AI-native insurance agencies and loss prevention services. This role requires balancing stakeholder needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in a fast-moving environment. To accelerate your impact and iteration cycles, you should be able to rapidly build your own MVP prototypes and proof-of-concepts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be central to how we translate our ambitious mission into usable, impactful technology.\nYou are the ideal candidate if you…\nCan own an entire product area autonomously\n\nAre a builder at heart\n\nPossess a high level of grit who responds to obstacles with action instead of waiting to be unblocked\n\nFeel comfortable not only adopting the latest of AI technology into your everyday work, but incorporating it into the product itself\n\nAre nimble enough to adapt to shifting priorities and approaches with ease\n\nEmbody the “Four I’s” of a strong owner: Intensity, Intuition, Initiative and Imagination (for more, see our CEO’s recent blog post)\n\nWe are building the ship as we are flying it, and need someone who can help us keep moving forward in the moment, while also constantly working toward the vision of how we should be operating in the near and long term.\nKey Responsibilities\nWork alongside your engineering and design counterparts to own the full product lifecycle of concurrent projects across all of AACI’s insurance and digital services platforms: from our customer-facing experiences,to our internal operations tooling, to our suite of automation and integrations.\n\nUse AI-assisted tools (Claude, Replit, Lovable etc.) to rapidly prototype and validate concepts without needing engineering resources.\n\nMaintain sufficient documentation such that all vested stakeholders are aware and aligned of what you are building, why, and when.\n\nDefine clear success metrics to ensure accountability across teams.\n\nBlend of mix of quantitative data analysis and qualitative user feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions\n\nCollaborate across the entire business to align product development with strategic objectives.\n\nEnsure the product complies with all local and national regulations and data security best practices\n\nWhat Success Looks Like in 6 Months\nYou’ve shipped the right products, at the right time, in order for us to deliver a first of its kind experience\n\nYou’re able to measure the health and success of your products through quantifiable data\n\nYou’ve built strong relationships across the board with both leadership and your cross functional stakeholders\n\nYou have a clear vision for what you need to accomplish in your areas over the next 6-12 months.\n\nQualifications\nAt least 7+ years of product management experience in software or digital services, with at least 2 years operating in a startup environment.\n\nStrong preference for those who have built both operational product and consumer facing product, and who have experience launching products that incorporate AI and ML technologies\n\nDemonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and complex roadmaps, with a tangible track record -
