Build reusable, maintainable, and modular UI components.\n\n- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.\n\n- Define and implement frontend architecture and development best practices.\n\n- Integrate REST APIs and work closely with backend teams.\n\n- Manage application state using Redux, Context API, or other suitable solutions.\n\n- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.\n\n- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.\n\n- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers.\n\n- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams.\n\n- Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, estimation, and architecture decisions.\n\n- Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements to existing solutions.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend/web application development.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js and modern React development practices.\n\n- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript.\n\n- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser compatibility.\n\n- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks.\n\n- Strong understanding of React Hooks, component lifecycle, reusable components, and state management.\n\n- Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit or equivalent state-management libraries.\n\n- Strong experience in REST API integration and asynchronous programming.\n\n- Good knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab and branching strategies.\n\n- Experience with frontend testing frameworks and tools.\n\n- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering.\n\n- Strong knowledge of TypeScript.\n\n- Experience with micro-frontends or large-scale frontend applications.\n\n- Knowledge of WebSockets / real-time applications.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment.\n\n- Understanding of frontend security, accessibility, and performance optimization.\n\n- Experience working in a startup/product-based environment.\n\nLeadership Expectations : \n\n- Take ownership of frontend modules and deliver features independently.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.\n\n- Establish coding standards and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.\n\n- Identify technical debt and drive continuous improvement.\n\n- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, production-ready code.\n\nEducation : Bachelor's degree in Computer
