We are currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to add to our team.\nAccountability Summary\nWe seek a talented and motivated Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Engineering Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and AWS services, with a passion for developing robust and secure software solutions. They will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nThe Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks:\nLead and mentor a team of Software Engineers.\nDesign and architect scalable, high-performance software systems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code.\nEnsure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to the Engineering Team.\nDrive continuous improvement and innovation within the Engineering Team.\nConduct thorough testing to ensure application quality and performance.\nContribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.\nRequired Qualifications\n5-7 years of experience in software development.\nExperience leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Software Engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.\nTrack record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget, leveraging agile methodologies and best practices.\nProficiency in PHP and popular frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel, developing scalable and efficient backend applications.\nStrong experience with Node.js and frameworks for server-side development.\nExperience with GraphQL for API development.\nDeep understanding of database systems including MySQL, MariaDB, Cassandra, and DynamoDB optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity.\nSkilled in front-end development using React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, TypeScript and other modern technologies.\nExpertise in cloud infrastructure with a strong foundation in AWS services like EC2, S3, ECS, Lambdas, RDS, Fargate.\nIn-depth knowledge of RESTful API development.\nStrong experience in configuring, optimizing, and managing Nginx servers.\nExperience with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.\nProven experience in designing and building scalable systems.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProficiency in Python for backend development and scripting.\nExperience with security-focused development.\nUnderstanding of agile principles and experience in leading teams within an agile environment.\nFamiliarity with testing
