Ensures accurate inventory management and efficient distribution of supplies across GPTLHB and OHC facilities.\nEssential Functions:\nWarehouse Operations\nOversees warehouse operations and personnel.\nManages receiving, storage, distribution, and replenishment processes.\nEstablishes warehouse operating procedures and quality standards.\nInventory Management\nMaintains inventory control systems.\nOversees cycle counts and annual inventories.\nMonitors inventory accuracy and stock levels.\nAnalyzes inventory trends and usage patterns.\nPurchasing & Inventory Supplies\nCoordinates purchasing activities for inventory supplies to support warehouse replenishment, par levels, and departmental supply needs.\nReviews usage trends, stock levels, back orders, substitutions, and lead times to determine appropriate inventory purchasing needs.\nWorks with purchasing staff and approved vendors to obtain quotes, process requisitions, resolve supply issues, and ensure supplies are ordered in a timely and cost-effective manner.\nSupports item standardization, product evaluation, and supply conversions in coordination with departments, clinical leadership, and applicable committees.\nAssists with coordinating equipment and supply needs for new clinics, service expansions, and operational changes.\nSystems Administration\nServes as operational lead for inventory technology platforms.\nSupports Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) inventory implementation and ongoing optimization.\nDevelops inventory reports and performance metrics.\nCompliance\nEnsures compliance with inventory management requirements.\nMaintains property accountability records.\nSupports audits and inventory reconciliations.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nThis position provides direct supervision to Inventory Management Specialists and warehouse staff. Supervisory responsibilities include assigning and monitoring work, supporting training and development, providing coaching and performance feedback, ensuring compliance with department procedures, and supporting employee engagement, accountability, and retention.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nEducation:\n· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Public Administration, or a related field, and at least one (1) year of progressively responsible experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, supply chain, property accountability, or a closely related operational area; or associate degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of progressively responsible related experience; or high school diploma or GED and at least five (5) years of progressively responsible related experience. Two (2) years of documented or verifiable supervisory, lead, or team oversight experience is required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n· Experience with ERP, inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain systems.\n· Experience supporting audits, cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, or property accountability processes.\n· Experience in healthcare, tribal health, nonprofit, or governmental operations.\n· Experience developing procedures, reports, inventory metrics, or operational dashboards.\nPhysical & Environmental Requirements:\nThis position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
