We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and development of intelligent systems and AI-driven agents that power next-generation automation and decision-making across our platforms, services and products we offer to our clients. You will work on advanced models, agentic workflows, and scalable ML pipelines, bringing deep technical expertise and a strong sense of ownership. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and domain experts to deliver impactful, reliable, and innovative AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and optimize AI-driven agents and autonomous workflows
• Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models for production use
• Architect and implement data pipelines, model-serving infrastructure, and agent orchestration components
• Lead experimentation, research, and prototyping of new AI techniques and agent frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications and platforms
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of deployed models and agent systems
• Contribute to technical strategy and mentor other engineers in AI/ML best practices
