This role ensures data pipelines, integrations, and platforms are scalable, reliable, and secure while also overseeing the operation, configuration, and optimization of the organization’s Salesforce-based AMS. The Manager provides leadership, establishes best practices, and partners with business and technology stakeholders to ensure both enterprise data and CRM systems effectively support organizational goals.\nHow How will you make an impact?\nTeam Leadership and Management:\nSupervise, coach, and develop data engineering and Salesforce AMS team members. \nProvide performance feedback, career development support, and mentoring. \nData Platform Oversight:\nDirect the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise data pipelines, data lakes, and warehouses. \nEnsure platforms are scalable, reliable, and optimized for analytics and reporting. \nSalesforce AMS Oversight:\nManage the Salesforce AMS platform, including configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization. \nEnsure business processes are effectively supported and system changes are well-governed. \nProject and Delivery Management:\nOversee planning and execution of projects across data engineering and Salesforce AMS teams. \nEnsure deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with business needs. \nStandards and Best Practices:\nDefine and enforce standards for data engineering and Salesforce development, including coding practices, security, and governance. \nPromote automation, efficiency, and quality across both functions. \nCollaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:\nPartner with business units, analytics teams, and functional stakeholders to ensure data and CRM systems meet organizational needs. \nTranslate requirements into technical solutions.\nOperations and Incident Management:\nEnsure operational stability of both enterprise data platforms and Salesforce AMS. \nOversee incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. \nWhat you will bring to the role:\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\nMaster's degree in a related field - preferred.\n8-10 years of releated work experience.\n1-3 years of supervisory experience.\nExperience leading a team of software developers preferrable - Data Engineering team.\nExtensive experience with AWS, Glue, DMS, SaaS-based ETL tools, Oracle, Postgres, S3, Athena, Dynamo, SDLC etc. \nExcellent problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities \nAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy \nPreferred Experience:\nLeading enterprise-scale data and CRM initiatives across hybrid or multi-cloud environments. \nRemote Work Eligibility\nThis is a remote-eligible position at AAMC. Candidates may reside anywhere within the contiguous United States, excluding California, Massachusetts, New York, and Oregon.Compensation Grade Range\n$154,275.00-$181,500.00Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors may include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, as well as internal equity, market, and business considerations.\nIf a bachelor’s degree is required, related work experience may be substituted in some positions.
